Come Home

to Yourself

As a licensed psychotherapist, I have great respect for the human capacity to heal and thrive. I have had the honor of effectively guiding adults, children and families through difficult transitions, helping them reconnect with their inner resources and in the process come home to themselves. I enjoy helping people grow their capacity for self love and unconditional presence.

About

About

I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. For the past 12 years I have trained with John Welwood, a world-renowned clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and pioneer in integrating Western psychology and Eastern spiritual wisdom. His innovative writings and teaching have had a profound influence on my therapeutic approach and my own personal growth.

My multidimensional approach integrates psychological, spiritual and somatic awareness. I have found that each dimension of our being is a powerful resource with it’s own unique intelligence and healing wisdom. I hold a safe space where clients can explore, experience and transform difficulties into opportunities for healing, and form a deeper connection with themselves, with others and with life itself.

My therapeutic work involves more than relieving symptoms and shifting behaviors. My aim is to help people more fully inhabit themselves and their aliveness, to experience life in new, surprising and meaningful ways. My personal aliveness is supported through walks in nature, meditating, writing, dancing and creating art.

There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.”
